You know all the "Stats" and still, you're lighting up, even though deep down you believe you can't stop but know that you should. This is for ..YOU... you see as far as smoking goes we act on what we believe, NOT on what we know. Anyone over 12 years old knows the dangers, but there IS a way. You really can stop without feeling crazy. If you feel you are hopeless, read on.
You may well have tried and failed, and feel that it’s all too hard and you can’t do it, and really fed up with the whole subject. I used to feel that way myself. As an ex 30 a day smoker, I sympathise with you. Yet I stopped using the same method I teach and have not wanted one for over 20 years.
Yes, that’s right! No hanging on grimly by my fingernails wishing that I could stop, or eating everything in sight.
Just calmly not wanting to, and that has made all the difference.
Imagine for a moment the taste of a food or drink that you don’t like. How hard is it not to want it? Not at all …right?
Well, that’s how you can feel about cigarettes from now on. It’s natural not to smoke, and prior to smoking, you had no need for them.
Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) - Overview
CBT is a common type of talk therapy (psychotherapy). You work with a mental health counselor (psychotherapist or therapist) in a structured way, attending a limited number of sessions. It helps you become aware of inaccurate or negative thinking so you can view challenging situations more clearly and respond to them in a more effective way.
This type of therapy can be a very helpful tool either alone or in combination with other therapies in treating mental health disorders, such as depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), or an eating disorder. But not everyone who benefits from CBT has a mental health condition. CBT can be an effective tool to help anyone learn how to better manage stressful life situations.
On our two-session course, you will learn your own personal ‘triggers’, and how to cope with everyday stresses effectively.
Once the desire is gone, and it will, your brain simply forgets about it. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and the power of clinical hypnotherapy make it possible, fast and safe. You have nothing to lose but Fear, and being a ‘social leper’.
A 20 a day habit costs £ 1,500.00 per year. For most people, it’s not money but a real desire to be free from cigarettes, socially acceptable, happy, healthy, and fit once more.

Testimonial
"Visiting Cliff about my smoking habit was not a "want" but a "must". Having smoked since the age of 11 and now at 37 was smoking 40-60 a day! It was surely a matter of time before my health took a turn for the worse. Many attempts previously resulted in stopping for periods of weeks or months.
The longest period of stopping and staying stopped has been 3 and a half years since my treatment with Cliff and not one cigarette has passed my lips in that time the most remarkable aspect of the post-treatment effects are a lack of desire to smoke a thing I battled with all the time when giving up on will power alone.
I feel a lot happier and empowered in my life since I stopped and am grateful daily that there was someone there to help me stop and potentially save my life! I would recommend this treatment to anyone serious and about becoming a non-smoker."
